Opinion

SWIFT, Judge.

For the reasons this day assigned in the companion suit bearing our Docket No. 82-20, Daisy LaCour v. St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, 417 So.2d 1379, the judgment of the district court is reversed and set aside and judgment is rendered in favor of Charles Williams against St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the sum of $4,336.40 with legal interest thereon from date of judicial demand until paid and all costs of this suit.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
