Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order of the trial court dismissing plaintiffs first amended complaint in this medical malpractice action upon a holding that the complaint states a cause of action regarding the duty of care owed to plaintiffs decedent.

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
