Proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the action of the State Liquor Authority in revoking petitioner’s license, after a hearing pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage- Control Law. Determination of the State Liquor Authority unanimously confirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements to respondents. The determination of the respondents is supported by substantial evidence. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
