Upon Motion of Mr. Parsons on Behalf of the Complainant It is Ordered that the Complainant be at Liberty to prove viva voce on the hearing of this Cause a release from Jonathan Bryan to him bearing Date 22d February 1768 of all Covenants and Agreements in Deeds of Lease and Release dated respectively the Second and third Days of November 1761 made between the [589]*589Defendant and the Said Jonathan Bryan and mentioned in the Pleadings in this Cause.
