Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the respondent’s return to the writ of habeas corpus heretofore issued in this cause and petitioner’s reply thereto, it is

ORDERED that the writ of habeas corpus dated April 23, 1962, be, and the same is, hereby discharged and the petitioner is hereby remanded to the custody of the respondent. See Tillman v. State, 58 Fla. 113, 50 So. 675.
