Motion, insofar as appellant Kesner seeks leave to appeal from the Appellate Division order affirming the denial of appellant Kesner’s motion for renewal, dismissed upon the ground that that order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion by appellant Kesner for leave to appeal otherwise denied. Motion by appellant Town Board of the Town of Hamburg for leave to appeal denied.
