IF a man is bound to give all the money in his purse, or enfeoff another or all his lands, he cannot plead that he has given all his money or lands. But he must shew, with certainty, what money or lands he had, and that he has given it. 10 E. 4. 2. 9 E. 4. 15. 10 H. 7. 19.
