For the reasons assigned in the case of Hamilton v. City of Shreveport, La.App., 180 So.2d 30, this day decided, and with •Which the instant case was consolidated, the judgment appealed is amended so as to relieve the defendant municipality of the payment of costs of court and, as thus amended, is affirmed.

Amended and affirmed.
