On Remand, from the Alabama Supreme Court

THOMAS, Judge.

This court’s prior judgment has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte Board of Dental Exam’rs of Alabama, 102 So.3d 368, 388 (Ala.2012). In compliance with the supreme court’s opinion, the trial court’s judgment dismissing Mary Ann Wilkinson’s complaint against the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
