HAWKINS, J.

Appellant is under conviction for conspiracy to commit the offense of arson, and his punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years. He has filed with this court his affidavit, advising that, he desires to withdraw his appeal, and in compliance therewith the appeal is ordered dismissed.
