Opinion

ON appeal to the Circuit Court from the judgment of a justice of the peace, the certificate of the justice annexed to his transcript was as follows: I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true transcript of the proceedings had before me in the above cause, ás appears from my docket. Given under my hand and seal/’ &c. Held, that the certificate was sufficient. Wiley v. Forsee, Nov. term, 1842.
