In an action to recover damages for an alleged assault, order granting motion of defendant Rockland Lake Corporation to set aside the service of the summons and complaint upon it affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
