ON CERTIORARI.
Report of referees after the time limited, is void.
The cause below, while pending in the justice’s court, had been submitted, by consent of the parties and rule of the court, to referees, who in said rule were directed to report in a limited time; the referees, after the expiration of the time limited in the rule of reference, reported; on which report the justice entered judgment; and this being assigned for error, the court
Reversed the judgment.
