LATTIMORE, J.

Conviction for driving automobile while intoxicated; punishment, a fine of $100 and 30 days in the county jail. We find no statement of facts or bills of exception in the record. The indictment sufficiently sets out the offense. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
