Opinion

PER CURIAM

*125Christopher Westmoreland, et al. appeal the trial court's dismissal with prejudice of their petition alleging that in a prior collections action, Respondents engaged in self-dealing, misappropriated Appellants' funds, or were negligent.

We find that no error of law appears, and that an extended opinion would have no precedential value. Therefore, we affirm and dispose of this case by written order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
