Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the January 18, 2001 Appellate Division order, dismissed upon the ground that appellant has already sought leave to appeal from that order; motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the final Supreme Court judgment, dismissed upon the ground that appellant is not a party aggrieved. The final judgment dismissed [693]*693the petition and thus appellant obtained the full relief sought (see, Parochial Bus Sys. v Board of Educ., 60 NY2d 539, 545).
