PER CURIAM.

We affirm the conviction and sentence but strike the imposition of costs for failure to comply with the notice and hearing requirements explicated in Jenkins v. State, 444 So.2d 947 (Fla.1984).

AFFIRMED EXCEPT COSTS STRICKEN.
