Judgment . and order of County Court reversed, and judgment of Municipal Court affirmed, with costs in this court and the County Court. All concurred, except Foote and Merrell, JJ., who dissented upon the ground that the judgment of the Municipal Court was properly reversed as against the weight of the evidence. (See post, p. 955.)
