Newburger, J.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury.

The case was properly submitted to the jury and as there are no exceptions in the case that deserve serious consideration, the judgment appealed from must be affirmed with costs.

Fitzsimons, J., concurs.

Judgment affirmed.
