The offense is unlawfully transporting intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for on¿ year. The indictment appears regular. The evidence heard before the trial court is not brought forward for review; nor does the record reveal any complaints of the rulings of the trial judge. The judgment is affirmed.
