Order in so far as it grants defendants’ motion to modify and limit the scope of a notice for defendants’ examination before trial affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The examination may proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Davis, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
