ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
We reverse the trial court’s finding of criminal contempt against the Appellant upon appellee’s confession of error and remand this matter to the trial court for [1268]*1268further proceedings. See Pitts v. State, 247 So.2d 53 (Fla.1971).
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
