AFTER REMAND

BOWEN, Judge.

The appellant’s conviction for the unlawful distribution of cocaine in Montgomery Circuit Court, CC-89-679-M, is reversed as required by the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Webb, 586 So.2d 954 (Ala.1991). This cause is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
