After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

McMillan, judge.

The Alabama Supreme Court, in Ex paHe W.D.J., 785 So.2d 390 (Ala.2000), reversed our judgment affirming the trial court’s award of restitution and remanded the case to this Court. This cause is now due to be, and it is hereby, remanded to the trial court for an order or proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
