Opinion

Per Curiam,

This is in substance a bill of interpleader to determine the-proper party entitled to be paid a sum of money due by the city of Philadelphia on a contract of the city with the appel-' lant and assigned by appellant to plaintiff. The learned judge below found all- the facts in favor of the plaintiff, and the only questions in the case are well disposed of in the finding of law by him.

Decree affirmed.
