Opinion

— Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he was struck by a bus operated by the defendant corporation. Judgment reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, costs to appellant to abide the event. The determination of the jury was against the weight of the evidence. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
