Opinion

Motion for a stay denied. Respondent-appellant may, if he be so advised, make an appropriate application now or hereafter in a proper proceeding to compel the Waterfront Commission to furnish him, upon payment of proper fees therefor, with a transcript of his testimony. This court, however, expresses no view with reference to the merits of the proposed application, if made. Concur — Breitel, J. P., M. M. Frank, Valente, McNally and Stevens, JJ.
