Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari is granted, the order under review is quashed and the cause remanded to the trial court with directions to grant the petitioner/in-tervenor William J. Washuta leave to intervene in circuit court case no. 78 10491 now presently pending in the Circuit Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Miracle House Corp. v. Haige, 96 So.2d 417 (Fla.1957).

It is so ordered.
