[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO STRIKE #110 The motion to strike is granted as to the First Special Defense in that the pleading is not legally sufficient. See Fitzpatrick v. Cinitis, 107 Conn. 91 (1927), for a discussion of the acts and or omissions upon which this special defense relies.

As to the Second Special Defense, the Motion to Strike is denied.
