This case now comes before the court on a stipulation of the parties wherein the parties agreed that the judgment for $142,912.25, plus interest as provided by law, as entered for plaintiff in the opinion dated January 24,1969, should be for $138,434.70, plus interest as provided by law, and on August 22,1969, the court amended the amount of the judgment to $138,434.70, plus interest as provided by law.
