PER CURIAM.

The petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is granted. We VACATE the sentence only and REMAND with instructions to resentence the petitioner before a different judge. See Dumas v. State, — So.3d - (Fla. 1st [452]*452DCA 2013) (citing Nawaz v. State, 28 So.3d 122 (Fla. 1st DCA 2010)).
