PER CURIAM.

Granted in part. The portion of the judgment of the court of appeal reversing the award of attorney’s fees is set aside, and the judgment of the district court awarding attorney’s fees is reinstated. The court of appeal did not articulate any reasons to demonstrate that the district court erred in determining that termination of benefits was arbitrary. Otherwise, denied.
