Order denying the defendant’s motion to change the place of trial of this action from Westchester county to Seneca county for the convenience of witnesses and to promote the ends of justice, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
