Order denying the plaintiff’s motion to vacate the judgment previously entered in the action, on the ground that the court had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter of the action, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
