Action by attorney to recover for professional services in writing a brief at the request of another attorney, the latter being the attorney of record in a court proceeding. The clients of the latter attorney were made parties. Judgment in favor of the plaintiff against appellant and dismissing the cross-claim against the clients unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ.
