Opinion

Per Curiam:

Kevin Ward appeals the grant of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole's motion for judgment on the pleadings in his declaratory judgment action. Ward argues that the trial court misapplied the law in entering judgment in the Board's favor. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
