On Remand from the Supreme Court

CRAWLEY, Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion of July 14, 2000, in Ex parte Waples, 781 So.2d 179 (Ala.2000), the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause is remanded for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
