—In a support proceeding, petitioner appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 22, 1977, which, inter alia, dismissed his petition to "terminate” a prior order of support. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. All of the issues raised here can be determined in the litigation between the parties now pending in Connecticut. Shapiro, J. P., Cohalan, Margett and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
