Opinion

Order modified by striking therefrom items 11, 14 and 22 and by striking from item 15 the requirement that plaintiff give the name of the person or persons whom, she claims, defendant Harry C. W. Melick assisted in the alleged enticement. As so modified the order is affirmed, without costs; the bill of particulars to be served within five days from date of entry of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
