Opinion
Barbara Walter appeals the final summary judgment in this case. We affirm the judgment. Because there is no evidence in the record to support the award of attorney’s fees, we reverse the trial court’s award of fees and remand for a new hearing. See Clark v. Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, 495 So.2d 264 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986).
Affirmed in part; reversed and remanded.
