Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Barbara Walter, seeks reversal of a final summary judgment entered in favor of appellee on her claim for disability income insurance coverage. We reverse.

Genuine issues of material fact exist which preclude the entry of a summary final judgment. See Wills v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., 351 So.2d 29 (Fla.1977); Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla.1966).

REVERSED and REMANDED.

HERSEY, C.J., and DELL and GUNTHER, JJ., concur.
