Action in guantum meruit for labor performed and materials furnished by the plaintiffs to the defendants in remodeling and improving, at the request of both defendants, a house carried in the name of defendant Rose Horwitz. Judgment for the plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Aldrich, JJ.
