Judgment affirmed, with costs. AH concur except Sears, P. J., and Taylor, J., who dissent and vote for reversal and for dismissal of the complaint on the ground that the plaintiff has falled to show equities to entitle it to recover upon an oral contract declared void by the Statute of Frauds.
