In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, alleged to have resulted from an intravenous injection of penicillin, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of the appellant’s case. Judgment unanimously affirmed, Without costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldoek and Hallinan, JJ.; Kleinfeld, J., not voting.
