— Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents, with leave to plaintiffs to renew on competent medical proof explicitly developing both diagnosis and prognosis of the alleged aggravation and provided plaintiffs have first obtained leave and served a further and amended bill of particulars which will support such renewed motion.
