Opinion

Bloodworth, J.

1. None of the grounds of the amendment to the motion for a new trial points out any error which would require this court to grant a new trial.

2. There is some evidence to support the verdict, which has the approval of the presiding judge, and this court will not interfere.

Judgment affirmed.

Broyles, C.J., and Luke, J., concur.
