Opinion

Metcalf, J.

The court'are of opinion that the instructions, which the chief justice proposed to give to the jury, were correct. The plaintiff therefore is entitled to the benefit of her verdict. She is entitled to redeem the mortgaged estate, on paying such sum as a master shall find to be due to the defendant on the mortgage debt, or such sum as the parties shall agree upon. Decree for the plaintiff.
