Opinion

Order denying motion of defendant Klaum to disallow items 1, 3 and 6 of the notice of examination before trial and to limit his examination to the remaining items contained in the notice affirmed, in so far as an appeal is taken therefrom, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, examination to proceed on ten days’ notice. No opirnon. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
