Order denying defendant’s motion for a bill of particulars unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted as to ítems 1, 4, 5 and 6 of the notice of motion. The bill of particulars to be served within ten days after service of order. No opinion. Present—Martin, P. J., MeAvoy, O’Malley, Glennon and Cohn, JJ.
