This case is a companion case with that of Skinner v. Poston, La.App., 71 So.2d 702. Issues of fact and law are substantially the same in each case, and, therefore, for the reasons stated in the opinion in 71 So.2d 702, the judgment from which appealed is affirmed at appellant’s • cost.
